Cache the Wave Scheduled Activities:

11:30 am – 12:00 pm
Buti Yoga Demo

Buti (meaning the cure to something hidden or kept secret) Yoga is a practice that incorporates traditional asanas with core-spiraling techniques and body-shaking movements. It is an upbeat and stay-on-beat practice that is guided through music. The combination of plyometrics, tribal dance, and dynamic asanas is a crowd-pleaser for the fitness enthusiast. After a regular class ranging from 60-90 minutes, participants leave with balanced chakras and stale/repressed/negative energy released. Buti Yoga’s motto is, “Sweat with Intention” allowing participants to unite and earn their Shavasana.

Heather will break down each component of the practice during the demo. A short combination will be introduced. Questions are encouraged and welcomed!

12:00 pm – 12:30 pm
Guided Meditation and Group Reiki Session

Reiki is an energy healing practice. Practitioners act as a conduit as Universal energy flows through them and is sent to those in need. It is important for conduits to be centered and open to receiving the Universal energy to deliver it properly. It is equally important to those receiving this gold energy to be grounded and open to receive.

Heather will lead a guided meditation to balance chakras.  This will allow the body to receive no-touch energy to cleanse participants’ auras.

A line-up of classes geared towards all ages and abilities will be offered from open to close. Check out the schedule for all the events, here.

In addition to wellness classes being offered, tasty food will be available to purchase around the Common. You could also have your car detailed by the Lyme School 8th-graders. The proceeds will pay for their school trip. Lastly, Covid-19 (age 12+) vaccines are available at no cost. Just bring an ID or birth certificate.

We are looking forward to a fun and safe event! Hope to see you there :).
